To eliminate scan traffic on your network, you may wish to share one set of scan settings and results with all of the Network Administrators or help desk staff in your organization. 

  VNCScan makes this very simple.  All that you need to do is click on the 'Tools' Menu and then on the 'VNCScan Settings' menu item. 

  Once you are in the VNCScan Settings window (See screen shot), you can move the location of your Groups.xml file.  This file holds all of the settings for your scan groups. 

  After you choose the new location, simply copy the exiting XML files from your VNCScan program folder to the networked location and restart VNCScan.
